Noted food historian and author Francine Segan will regale the audience with a fascinating presentation on the festivities of the Renaissance, featuring a tasting of classic Italian sweets. Francine Segan is the author of four cookbooks, including Opera Lover’s Cookbook: Menus for Elegant Entertaining, which was nominated for both the James Beard and IACP awards.
