Perrot Memorial Library is proud to present an afternoon of storytelling in memory of our beloved Children’s Librarians, Kate McClelland (“Mrs. Mac”) and Kathy Krasniewicz (“Mrs. K”). Those who knew Kate and Kathy know how much storytelling was a part of their lives and how they used it to enchant and educate the youth of our community.
We are delighted that storyteller Willy Claflin will be joining us for this special annual family event, which will be held in Perrot’s Children’s Wing.
Sunday, November 1st, 2015, at 2 PM in the Children’s Wing
Willy Claflin is a one-man festival! He spins humorous stories of childhood misadventures, as well as folktales from around the world, accompanied by his guitar and a menagerie of puppet characters, including his famous sidekick, Maynard Moose.
This free family event is recommended for ages 5 and up. Seating will be on a first-come, first-served basis.
