Brady is the Deloitte Ellen Gabriel Chair for Women and Leadership at Simmons University– the first chief executive officer of the Simmons University Institute for Inclusive Leadership, which produces game-changing solutions for the purpose of intersecting leadership, equity, and inclusion. Susan advises executives on how to create gender parity in organizations and motivates women at all levels of organizational leadership to fully realize– and manifest– their leadership potential.
