Perrot Memorial Library is proud to present an afternoon of storytelling in memory of our beloved Children’s Librarians, Kate McClelland (“Mrs. Mac”) and Kathy Krasniewicz (“Mrs. K”). Those who knew Kate and Kathy know how much storytelling was a part of their lives and how they used it to enchant and educate the youth of our community.
We are delighted that storyteller Bil Lepp will be joining us for this special annual family event, which will be held in Perrot’s Children’s Wing on Sunday, November 6th, 2016, at 2 PM.
Growing up in a family where the truth was fluid, nationally renowned storyteller (and five-time winner of the West Virginia State Liars’ Contest) Bil Lepp became adept at spinning tales and exaggerating circumstances at an early age. Bil’s outrageous, humorous tall tales and witty stories have earned the appreciation of listeners of all ages and from all walks of life.
This free family event is recommended for ages 5 and up. Seating will be on a first-come, first-served basis.
