Give Yourself the Gift of Mindfulness

When you are in a hurry, are you saving time or losing time? Come join us on Tuesday, December 5, in the Youth Services Program Room, Radcliffe Children’s Library, for a Mindful Moment during the holiday rush to reclaim your time and your center. The class will be taught by Dr. Nancy Boksenbaum, a Clinical Psychologist, Relational Psychoanalyst, and Mindfulness/Meditation Teacher. You’ll learn simple mindfulness techniques to help you savor time even during all the hustle and bustle. It just might be one of the best gifts you give yourself and your loved ones.

Dr. Nancy is a resident of Old Greenwich and has a private practice in Stamford, Connecticut, where she works with children, adolescents and their parents, individual adults, and couples. Dr. Nancy leads mindfulness meditation seminars in the workplace, home, and community. She recently taught “Awaken Your Senses” at Greenwich Point.

Dr. Nancy is a member of the American Psychological Association, Connecticut Society for Psychoanalytic Psychology, International Association for Psychoanalytic Self Psychology, and the McLean Meditation Institute.
