Family Ties: Talented Writing Families

We have a new display in the Rand Room of writing families: these are wives, husbands, sisters, brothers, and some children all in a family who have been published. There are John Updike and his son, David; Stephen King and his son, Joe Hill; mystery writers Mary Higgins Clark and her daughter Carol Higgins Clark; P.J. Tracy (a mother and daughter team who write together),Maeve Binchy and her cousin Dan– okay, that one’s a stretch! Many others are also featured. So, make sure to stop and take a look at our Family Writers (and check some out) next time you’re in the library!
