This summer, we invite you to indulge your love of reading while helping to support local businesses by joining in our Adult Summer Reading 2023 Program: “Find Your Voice.” The program begins Wednesday, June 28th, and runs through Tuesday, September 5th. While we encourage you to “try something new” this summer, you can read/listen to anything you want: books, e-books, e-audio books, books on CD, graphic novels, nonfiction, etc. Every person who registers will receive a free journal.
How to Register
To register, simply fill out a bookmark entry for each title you read and drop it off at our Circulation Desk or in our Book Drop, or register online using Beanstack.
Logging Your Books
Once you make an account on Beanstack, you can log the books you read and even review them (optional). Additional bookmark entry forms will be circulated with all books and will be available at our Circulation Desk. Fill out the entry form on the back of the bookmark for as many books as you want and return it with your books, or drop it in our Book Drop. If you’d like to log your books on your phone/device, download the Beanstack app for your preferred device:
Weekly Raffles
Beginning the week of July 7th, we will randomly select two winners every Friday who will each receive a $25 gift card to a local business. If you’ve submitted at least one bookmark or logged one title online during the week, you’ll be eligible to win. Winners will be pulled and announced on our web site and on our social media outlets on Friday afternoons. If you win, we will contact you via email. You can come in to the Library to pick up your prize, or have it mailed to you.
Grand Prize Drawing
A Grand Prize winner will be randomly selected on Wednesday, September 6th. The Grand Prize will be a $100 gift card to a local restaurant. There will also be a second- and third-place winner of a $25 gift card.
“Finding Your Voice” Programs
In keeping with the theme of this year’s summer reading program, “Find Your Voice,” we are offering three special programs during the summer:

The Perrot Teen Summer Reading 2023 Program is designed for teens age 13 to 16. Log any books, e-books, or audiobooks you read/listen to–don’t forget, you can include your school summer reading books, too! All participants will be entered into drawings to win gift cards. There will be one drawing a week for local gift cards beginning the week of July 7 and a grand prize drawing at the end of the program. Click here to register and start logging your books on Beanstack.
Please note: Your Perrot Adult Summer Reading account will be separate from your Greenwich Library Adult Summer Reading account. You may sign up for both programs and receive prizes from both libraries.
