Read, renew, repeat. That’s our theme for this year’s Adult Summer Reading Program. The program begins Monday, June 24th, and runs through Tuesday, September 3rd. Read/listen to anything you want: books, e-books, e-audio books, books on CD, graphic novels, nonfiction, etc. For each book you read and log either on a printed bookmark or online through beanstack, you’ll be entered to win one of our three grand prizes, which will be raffled off in September. Read 1 book or 100, it’s up to you, but the more you read, the more chances to have to win.
How to Register
To register, simply fill out a bookmark entry for each title you read and drop it off at our Circulation Desk or in our Book Drop. Or, register online using beanstack.
Logging Your Books
Once you make an account on beanstack, you can log the books you read and even review them (optional). Additional bookmark entry forms will be circulated with all books and will be available at our Circulation Desk. Fill out the entry form on the back of the bookmark for as many books as you want and return it with your books or drop it in our Book Drop. If you’d like to log your books on your phone/device, download the beanstack app for your preferred device:
Grand Prize Drawings
This year, we will raffle off three grand prizes at the end of the summer in September. Our prizes are as follows:
- First Prize: A 1-Year Family Membership to the Metropolitan Museum of Art (two cards, two guests)
- Second Prize: Two tickets to Comedy Night at Todd’s Point in September
- Third Prize: A 1- Year Family Membership to the Bruce Museum
The Perrot Teen Summer Reading 2024 Program is designed for teens age 13 to 18. Log any books, e-books, or audiobooks you read/listen to–don’t forget, you can include your school summer reading books, too! All participants will be entered into drawings to win gift cards. There will be one drawing a week for local gift cards and a grand prize drawing at the end of the program. Click here to register and start logging your books on beanstack.
Please note: Your Perrot Adult Summer Reading account will be separate from your Greenwich Library Adult Summer Reading account. You may sign up for both programs and receive prizes from both libraries.
