“Smart Bombs”: Radiopharmaceuticals to Treat Cancer

Dr Steven Larson, eminent global oncologist from New York’s Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, will speak about the use of radioactive drugs or “Smart Bombs” to diagnose and successfully treat metastatic prostate cancer, on Wednesday, April 10, at 7 pm in the Program Room, Radcliffe Children’s Library, Perrot Memorial Library.

Barbara Hertz , Curator of the Dr Saul Hertz Archives will briefly highlight her father’s work as the originator of the first targeted cancer therapy.
