Join Perrot Library and Waste Free Greenwich on Wednesday, April 26, at 7pm, for an inspiring and educational culinary event with James Beard and IACP award-winning author, Tamar Adler, about her new book, The Everlasting Meal Cookbook: Leftovers A-Z.  Internationally known food writer and editor Colman Andrews will lead the discussion on inspiring, money-saving ways to make meals satisfying, delicious, and, of course, less wasteful.
