Fall 2025 Mahjong Classes for Adults

Our 3-part fall Mahjong class will be held on Wednesday, November 12, 19, and December 3rd. (Note: No class the week of Thanksgiving.) Rhonda Greif will return as our instructor, and the classes will take place in the Program Room, Radcliffe Building, Perrot Memorial Library.

Open Knitting

Welcome all knitters. If you’re looking for a place to knit alongside other knitters, please join us at 10 am on Thursday, November 20th. We’ll meet in the Rand Room (our newspaper reading room) for an hour of knitting and conversation. Registration is not required. This is a drop-in program.

Perrot Walks!

Join us on Tuesday, November 25th, at 9:30 am outside the second concession stand at Tod’s Point for Perrot Walks. We will walk at a leisurely pace and enjoy conversation and the beauty of the Point. All fitness levels are welcome.

The Nurse Is In: Free Blood Pressure Screening

On the first Monday of each month, a nurse from Greenwich Hospital will be here at Perrot Library from 10 to 11 am to take free blood pressure screenings. The screenings will take place in the Rand Room, Waid Building. Because of the Labor Day holiday, there will be no screenings in September. The next screenings are scheduled for Monday, December 1st.

Environmental Book Group Discussion: “The Comfort of Crows,” by Margaret Renkl

The Environmental Book Group will meet on Monday, January 26, 2026, at 7 pm in the Program Room, Radcliffe Building, for a discussion of The Comfort of Crows, by Margaret Renkl. Our discussion will be facilitated by Rebecca Poirier, environmental analyst, Conservation Department, Town of Greenwich. This program is co-sponsored by Perrot Memorial Library and the Conservation Commission.

Winter Watercolor Landscapes, with Hazel Jarvis

Calling all artists! Hazel Jarvis returns to Perrot Memorial Library on Wednesday, November 5, 1-3 pm, for a watercolor workshop, entitled “Winter Landscapes.” The workshop will be held in our Program Room, Radcliffe Building, Perrot Library. Class size is limited to 14. All materials will be provided. (Note: This class will also take place on Wednesday, October 29, 1-3 pm.)
