Calling knitters experienced and new to the craft! Join us on the second Tuesday of each month for our evening knitting group, “Purls of Wisdom.” Our next session will be held on Tuesday, October 14, at 6 pm in our Rand Room, Waid Building, Perrot Memorial Library.
On Wednesday, October 15, from 1-3 pm, Artist and Teacher Mary Himes will offer a special art workshop, “The Joy of Botanical Printmaking.” The workshop will be held in our Program Room, Radcliffe Building, Perrot Memorial Library. (The workshop will also be offered on Wednesday, October 8, 1-3 pm.)
Join Old Greenwich resident Neil Vigdor of The New York Times for a discussion and Q&A about his photography craft, the demands of covering breaking news, and his journalism career, one deeply rooted in Greenwich. How did he get the shot? Come find out on Wednesday, October 15, at 7:00 pm in the Perrot Memorial Library Program Room. His photography will be on display in the Library throughout the month of October.
Welcome all knitters. If you’re looking for a place to knit alongside other knitters, please join us at 10 am on Thursday, October 16th. We’ll meet in the Rand Room (our newspaper reading room) for an hour of knitting and conversation. Registration is not required. This is a drop-in program.

Calling all artists! Hazel Jarvis returns to Perrot Memorial Library on Wednesday, October 29, 1-3 pm, for a watercolor workshop, entitled “Winter Landscapes.” The workshop will be held in our Program Room, Radcliffe Building, Perrot Library.
