Join Laura DeLongis Barnes for a stimulating yoga class on Saturday morning, December 21st, from 9:30-10:30 am in the Program Room, Radcliffe Building, Perrot Memorial
Library. Participants should dress appropriately, bring their own yoga mat, and keep their footwear inside the Program Room during the class. Class size is limited to 15; there is a waiting list. NOTE: This is the last scheduled class. The Library’s Board is reviewing our adult programs. We hope to offer more classes in 2025.
On the first Monday of each month, a nurse from Greenwich Hospital will be here at Perrot Library from 10 to 11 am to take free blood pressure screenings. The screenings will take place in the Rand Room, Waid Building, not the Radcliffe Children’s Library. The next screenings are scheduled for Monday, January 6th.
On Wednesday, January 8, 2025, Life Coach Justin Lyons will present “Start the New Year Off Right with SMART Goal Setting,” at 7 pm in the Program Room, Radcliffe Building, Perrot Memorial Library.
On Friday, January 10, 2025, Perrot Library will host an informative lunchtime panel discussion, “How to Help Your Aging Parents.” The program will run from 12 noon to 2 pm in the Program Room, Radcliffe Library, Perrot Memorial Library.
Calling knitters experienced and new to the craft! Join us on the second Tuesday of each month for our evening knitting group, “Purls of Wisdom.” Our next session will be held on Tuesday, January 14, at 6 pm in our Rand Room, Waid Building, Perrot Memorial Library.
