An exploration of the basics of yoga for kids ages 8-12, with an emphasis on fun and safe movement. No prior yoga experience required. Please bring a beach towel or yoga mat. By registration only— please stop by the Youth Services Desk, or call us at 203-637-8802 to sign up your child.
