Yoga @ the Library

Just in time for the new year, we’ve moved our weekly Yoga @ the Library class from Sunday mornings to Saturday mornings. The instructor will be Tracy Bruce, and her first class will be held on Saturday, January 6. The class will run from 9:30 to 10:45 am, and will be held in the Program Room, Radcliffe Children’s Library. Pre-registration is required; students must register for each class. Class size is limited to the first 15 registrants.
Nearly 20 years ago Tracy first discovered the sacred path of yoga and its healing and transformative power. Since then, Tracy has dedicated more than 10,000 hours to the study of philosophy, meditation, breath work, and the biomechanics of yoga. Her classes are strength-building for all aspects of Mind, Body and Spirit. Tracy believes a strong vessel leads to resilience and empowerment for a rich, full life. Key principles of alignment guide her students through a therapeutic yoga class that touches their hearts and nourishes their bodies.
