Sunday Morning Yoga @ Perrot

We had such a positive response to our Yoga on the Patio class this summer, that we’ve decided to offer a weekly yoga class for adults on Sunday mornings from 8 am to 9:15 am. Sarah McCarty will be the instructor. The class will take place on our patio just outside the Youth Services Department as long as the weather permits. Once temperatures fall or in the case of rain or other inclement weather, the class will be held in the Youth Services Program Room, Radcliffe Children’s Library, Perrot Memorial Library.
You don’t have to attend each week, but you do need to register if you’re planning to attend. Class size is limited to 15 students. All students must supply their own yoga mat.
Sarah McCarty is a RYT200 and certified reiki practitioner. This yoga class will encourage you to connect with yourself and totally engage with your body. Emphasis will be on clear healthy alignment in yoga poses as well as learning breath awareness and simple meditation techniques. There are no prerequisites (You don’t need to touch your toes!). The class is designed for every body and all levels to enjoy the stress relieving and strength-building benefits of yoga.
Note: There will be no class on November 5 and 26.
